Warehouse Updates
This page will provide all necessary information regarding the current shipping time on orders, as well as provide forms to report issues or rush requests.

Damage Report
What will be replaced:

Items that are candidates for replacement include those that are a true misprint or miscut, or have damage to the ink portion of the item.
What will not be replaced:
-
A bent coroplast corner will not be considered for replacement.

Any negligible marks from the lamination process

Items that have been staked.

Damage reports must occur within 48 hours of receipt for consideration. We will not accept reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items at different times on the same order.

Artwork that is hand drawn by our artist will frequently have slight inconsistencies.
Utilizing the form below, please include:

The order number
-
2 photos of each item, including one full photo of the item(s)

2 photos of the box (specifically any damage, punctures, bends, or creases).

Feel free to include a photo of the packing slip if necessary.

An itemized list of what is being reported.

Rush Orders
How do they work?

First and foremost, use the form below to relay your needs to warehouse staff, rather than making notes on an order.

Be sure to accurately note the date you need the items, so we can best strategize with you on meeting your needs.

You will receive a response from the warehouse team within 24 hours on business days regarding the logistics of your request.

During busier seasons, a rush request which would prioritize your order over others will incur a fee of $50.
-
There is also a limited number of rush orders per day, which does vary by the current backlog of waiting orders.

Custom orders can also be rushed, however, because they require start to finish set up and production, they do have a 5-7 business day turnaround.

Custom orders will always incur a $50 rush fee, regardless of season.

Miscellaneous FAQ
Confirmation Emails:

If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your order, please reach out to the warehouse to confirm it went through.

We are not notified when orders fail the payment step.
Custom orders:

The custom turnaround is approximately 3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.

That does not include the shipping time to your location.
Reward Points:
