A Note from Stacey:

I wanted to pass along an update on the current Facebook situation. We have discovered that pages are still not "safe", even after following the steps that FB has advised us on.

 

We have had several pages (that are under the corporate umbrella) get shut down over the last 7 days or so. We have made all attempts to get them back up, even talking at length to a FB rep last week. A few of the pages were reinstated, but then immediately closed down again without recourse.

 

At this time, the 3 corporate employees who manage our Sign Gypsies Meta page have also been restricted (Stacey, Sara and Kinley), and can no longer post or make updates for 30 days.

 

The bottom line is we do not feel confident about any information we have received during our numerous phone conversations with Meta help. Additionally, the help chat with Meta has been disabled on our end, leaving us with no direct way to communicate with Facebook for further assistance.

 

We want to be transparent in letting you know that we currently have no viable solutions, no reliable guidance from Meta, and no influence over the platform’s decisions in this arena. Therefore, unfortunately we are unable to assist with page recovery, and we can not guarantee the safety of your page.

 

We understand firsthand how frustrating this situation is, and sincerely apologize for the lack of sustainable resolution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
